Endoscopy Registered Nurse

About the role

Pinnacle GI Partners is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to support our surgical centers in the Troy and Macomb, MI areas. Nurses may rotate between locations based on scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain electronic medical records
• Use strong patient assessment skills with experience in recovery of post anesthesia patients
• Identify pertinent patient history during admission process
• Serve as a patient/family advocate

Requirements

• Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Michigan
• Previous clinical or hospital nursing experience, preferred
• 1.5-2 years of previous Nursing experience in a surgical environment preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Current ACLS Provider certification (or must obtain within 6 months from date of hire) required
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Skills

• Strong patient assessment skills
• Experience in recovery of post anesthesia patients

Pay

$35.50 per hour

Schedule

Mon-Fri, no nights or weekends

General 8-hour shift with 6:00am start time. (Shift times will vary with facility schedule)
