Dream Dental is growing, and we’re looking for a Part-Time Endodontist to join our state-of-the-art practice in Goodlettsville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity for an endodontist who wants the flexibility of a part-time schedule while working alongside three established General Dentists and a strong, collaborative dental team.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an endodontist who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and wants to become an integral part of our growing practice. With three General Dentists already seeing patients in the practice, there is strong potential for a consistent referral stream and the ability to build a thriving endodontic schedule.

• Provide excellent patient care
• Collaborate with a team of General Dentists and dental staff
• Keep detailed records
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their health and care
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to excellent patient care
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach
• Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
• Patience when dealing with patients and staff
• Great problem-solving skills

FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt. Reports to: Operations Manager.
