About the role

Gentle Dental is searching for a Full time or Part time Endodontist at their Surprise and Avondale, Arizona practices. The position offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus and can provide H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct referrals from several General Dentists
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Flexible schedule varying on availability
• Supporting 2 offices in Surprise and Avondale area

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Endodontic Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
