About the Role

Gentle Dental of Waltham, part of 42 North Dental, is seeking a part-time Endodontist. With over 30 years of providing dental care in New England, our established, multi-specialty group practice welcomes 100+ new patients each month. Our state-of-the-art facility supports optimal patient care, a comprehensive approach to full-service dentistry, and a strong focus on quality, service, and patient satisfaction.

Our specialists benefit from internal referrals, group practice support, and a highly trained team of professionals. The practice is equipped with digital X-rays, microscopes, and state-of-the-art equipment. You’ll join a reputable practice with a dedicated patient base and general dentists who value in-house specialty care.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients’ oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients’ medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices, and standard of care through continuing education

Requirements

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
• Board eligible or board certified in endodontics
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification

Pay

Daily rate: $1,200 - $1,500+ USD with uncapped earning potential through percentage of collections.
