About the role
The board-certified doctors in the office are active in academia and continuing education, providing mentorship to the new associate.
Responsibilities
- Leading the practice towards partnership
- Engaging in all aspects of practice management, including administrative and marketing
- Building and maintaining relationships with referring dentists
Requirements
- Valid MD state license
- Board-certified or board-eligible in endodontics
- Excellent clinical skills with a caring chairside manner
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate well with general dentists and other specialists
- Passionate about endodontics while being compassionate, a team player, with proficiency in all aspects of endodontics, including root-end surgery and restorative endodontics
- Endodontic Specialty Certificate- ADA Accredited
