Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in Endocrinology

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Endocrinologist to join our faculty at Baystate Medical Center, a 716-bed academic hospital in Springfield, MA. This role offers a combination of clinical care and teaching opportunities, including a faculty appointment to UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate.
Responsibilities
- Join a growing division of 8 endocrinologists, 4 advanced practitioners, 4 fellows, and a support team including diabetes educators, RDs, and RNs.
- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement, safety, and population science projects.
- Practice primarily at Baystate Medical Center, providing outpatient general endocrinology and inpatient consults.
- Work with fellows in our endocrine fellowship program, alongside internal medicine and med/peds residents, medical students, and APP students.
- Engage in leadership activities aimed at enhancing professional satisfaction and work-life balance.
