Endocrinologist – Partnership Track Available

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join an established, physician-led, multi-specialty outpatient practice in Nassau County. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced endocrinologist seeking clinical autonomy, excellent work-life balance, a strong patient base, and a long-term partnership opportunity within a growing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive endocrinology evaluations and consultations.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of endocrine and metabolic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage conditions including: Diabetes, Thyroid disorders, Osteoporosis, Adrenal disorders, Pituitary disorders, Other endocrine and metabolic conditions.
• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients regarding disease management, nutrition, lifestyle, and preventive care.
• Care for patients in multiple locations as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care.

Patient Volume

Approximately 20-30 patients per day.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume outpatient setting
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Willingness to work across multiple locations as needed
• Interest in long-term practice growth and partnership
• New graduates are not being considered

Partnership Structure

This is a partnership-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position. The partnership model is designed to provide physicians with long-term financial growth and participation in the success of the practice.
