About the Role
The Section of Endocrine Surgery within the Division of Surgical Oncology in the Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute and the Department of Surgery at Mass General Brigham are actively recruiting a full-time academic Endocrine Surgeon with a dedicated interest in thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal surgery at the Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor level. This position will be based at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital campus.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding clinical care in endocrine surgery (thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal)
- Supervise and teach medical students and surgical trainees
- Engage in basic or clinical research with a track record of publication
Requirements
- M.D. or M.D., Ph.D.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency
- Fellowship training in either endocrine surgery or surgical oncology with a focus in endocrine surgery
- Board Certification in General Surgery
- Demonstrated professional, academic, and teaching skills in endocrine surgery
