About the role
Assist physicians with endoscopic procedures. Prepare, maintain, and sterilize equipment used in endoscopy.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down endoscopic equipment before and after procedures
- Ensure all instruments are properly sterilized and stored
- Assist physicians during endoscopic examinations and interventions
- Maintain inventory of supplies and report shortages
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts license
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking, reading comprehension)
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Pay
Estimated gross weekly pay: $1,890
Estimated weekly stipend: $1,090
