ENDO/IG Access Care Manager - West

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
• Conduct needs assessments to address access barriers for patients
• Career coordination with providers to ensure progression to therapy
• Maintain accountability for patient progression by identifying and resolving barriers
• Act as a field expert on reimbursement, payer policies, and coverage pathways
• Develop account-level strategies to improve patient access and optimize workflows

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related fields, 9 years with a Masters, BSN, or Rph
• 1+ years in an Access and Reimbursement support role
• Minimum 3-6 years of specialty pharma experience, preferably in reimbursement and access within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sectors
• Strong understanding of reimbursement, government payment systems, and specialty policy dynamics in the rare disease community
• Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and presentation skills with a proven track record of leadership and collaboration across multiple stakeholders
• Experience in a highly regulated environment with adherence to compliance guidelines
