End User Services Engineer

About the role

Serve as the onsite lead for all IT support at the Danboro, PA facility, supporting both manufacturing and corporate users. Provide hands-on desktop support for PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and general hardware/software issues. Maintain and support plant-specific equipment, including industrial or production-related hardware and interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the IT asset lifecycle for all North American divisions, including procurement, deployment, tracking, reclamation, and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate shipments and transfers of IT assets between locations.
  • Support and maintain video conferencing and AV systems at the Danboro site, including hybrid meeting spaces and conference rooms.
  • Collaborate with the corporate infrastructure team to support local network equipment, servers, and telephony.
  • Participate in enterprise-level IT projects, including rollouts, upgrades, and new technology implementations.
  • Provide executive/VIP support at the corporate headquarters, as needed.
  • Use Microsoft Intune (preferred) for device provisioning and endpoint management.
  • Maintain documentation and resolve incidents through the corporate IT ticketing system.
  • Follow IT security, compliance, and software licensing standards.
  • Provide after-hours support as needed for critical operations or scheduled maintenance.
  • Perform additional IT-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in desktop or end-user IT support, preferably in a distributed or multi-site environment.
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and standard hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT inventory and hardware lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with users at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable in both office and industrial/manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 40 lbs).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting IT systems in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of video conferencing/AV support, including Zoom, Teams Rooms, Logitech, or Crestron setups.
  • Experience with ERP systems; exposure to JD Edwards is a plus.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow) and ITIL practices.
  • Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft (e.g., MD-102).
