• End User Computing EUC operations and L1L2L3 support.
• Microsoft Intune Autopilot compliance policies device management.
• Azure AD identity access management.
• Endpoint security features such as BitLocker, Defender, and Conditional Access.

Nice to Have Skills

• PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Application packaging using MSIMSX, Intune, Win.
• Patch management and CAB processes.
• Support for Microsoft 365 applications.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration.
• Process-oriented with an audit readiness mindset.
