Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate the end center packaging station and assemble finished product on pallets.
• Absorb and assist in troubleshooting the production process, clearing machine jams as needed.
• Perform visual checks of finished ends to ensure compliance standards are met, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain sufficient supply of materials for End Center production needs, including sorting and stacking of pallets and changing shrink wrap.
• Complete required quality checks and documentation.
• Unend and load coils onto End Center unwinder and dump scrap dumpsters as needed.
• Ensure that the End Center finished product is properly cured, wrapped, and stored; perform quality checks as required.
• Check the conditions of the forklift and perform basic preventive maintenance (P.M.).
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and adhere to all safety procedures and work practices.
• Assist in other areas to support smooth can flow through the plant.
• Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned.
