Enchanted Village Seasonal Guest Services Representative

About the role

This temporary seasonal position offers an opportunity to earn extra cash during the holiday season while being part of the J-Team at the Enchanted Village at Jordan's, a free family experience in the Avon Store. The role involves working at various attractions including the Enchanted Village, 4D Ride at MOM, Laser LITE show, SKATE, and The Tube. This position draws families from miles around and serves as a way to have fun while making money this holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and ushering them to and from the Enchanted Village
• Assisting guests at MOM, LITE laser show, SKATE, as well as other attractions including The Tube
• Concessions – must be able to handle cash
• Assisting in the upkeep of the Enchanted Village, ensuring Jordan's high standards of presentation are met
• Be able to perform all functions of the position of Guest Services

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older
• Must be able to handle cash/credit card transactions
• Must be able to walk and stand for up to 8 consecutive hours
• Must be available to start end of October

Skills

• Positive, upbeat demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Some experience dealing with the public and/or working with cash handling preferred

Pay

Starting pay is $16.75.

Schedule

A variety of shifts available including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends. Part-time and full-time positions available.
