Seeking a Center Medical Specialist to join an international healthcare team in a plasma donation center. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations and medical history assessments to determine donor suitabilitybuilding rapport with donors to ensure satisfactioneducating donors on health and test resultsevaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse eventsassisting in staff training and administering employee vaccination programs Qualifications include current certification/licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Paramedic, or EMThigh school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and bilingual in Spanish preferred Key skills involve strong communication, manual dexterity, ability to work independently, and adaptability to variable demandsphysical ability to perform light lifting, stand, sit, bend, and twistawareness of biological fluid exposure hazards and use of personal protective equipment This role offers competitive pay, career growth, benefits, and geographic mobility.
