About the Role
Medcor is hiring a part-time Clinic Manager to oversee employer-based, occupational health clinics in Waco, TX and McGregor, TX. This role is open to EMTs, Paramedics, or LVNs.
Schedule
Day shift, 24 hours per week: two 8-hour days in Waco and one 8-hour day in McGregor.
Pay
$32.00–$34.00/hour, based on licensure and experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and support of clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling
- Manage daily clinic operations and collaborate with key client stakeholders (health, safety, environmental, HR, and benefits professionals)
- Deliver patient care, including assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor’s Evidence-Based Medicine protocols (MCPs)
- Support workers’ compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) programs, and treatment plan monitoring
- Maintain OSHA record-keeping and documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) software
- Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings, including Physical Assessment Testing (PATs)
- Perform general administrative duties and collaborate with outside medical providers
- Promote onsite employee health and wellness initiatives
Requirements
- Valid licensure (EMT, Paramedic, or LVN) and current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to operationally lead and support a clinic team
- Strong computer and technology skills (EMR software, cell phones, fax machines, etc.)
- Physical ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a worksite clinic environment
- Background in occupational health, emergency medicine, or critical care
