EMT/Paramedic - Hyperbaric Tech Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated EMT or Paramedic to join our medical team in a dual-role position. This role combines wound care tech responsibilities with a structured pathway to become a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT). If you already meet the prerequisite for CHT certification—holding an LPN, EMT, or Paramedic license—this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a highly specialized field.

Responsibilities

• Support daily clinic operations and patient flow
• Assist with patient preparation for hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Monitor patients during treatment under supervision
• Maintain treatment logs, safety checklists, and equipment readiness
• Participate in all required training to become a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist

Requirements

• Current LPN, EMT, or Paramedic certification (required for CHT eligibility)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working in both clinical and administrative settings
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain meticulous documentation
• Interest in long-term growth within hyperbaric medicine and wound care

Training & Career Development

• On-the-job hyperbaric training
• Support to complete the required coursework and clinical hours for CHT certification
