Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine necessary care.
- Deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
- Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
- Use appropriate EMT skills to provide care including communications, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, office equipment, and tools.
- Operate an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws.
- Collaborate and work professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow EMTs.
- Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A valid California State EMT License
- A valid California State Driver’s License
- A BLS CPR Certification card
- A valid California Ambulance Driver's License
- A Medical Examiner's Certificate
- One year of EMT experience
Other Requirements
- IS100, 200, 700, and 800 FEMA Certificates (will be verified if given a conditional verbal offer)
- A driving record compliant with company policy
- Pass a Physical Agility Test (PAT)

Pay
$26.33 - $38.80 per hour
