Schedule

Full time, Day shift

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of ePCR, identifies error trends or compliance concerns during audit process in order to create specialized audit plans.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Facilitates ongoing education and training for clinical staff to maintain clinical competencies.
• Promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the EMS & Flight team.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Monitors patient care record compliance of policies and procedures to maintain standard of care.
• Monitors and evaluates clinical performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
• Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred)
• 2+ years of applicable clinical or didactic experience (Required)
• 5+ years equivalent clinical or didactic experience (Preferred)

Qualifications

• Licensed Paramedic (PARA) (Preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) (Preferred)
• Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC) (Preferred)
• Commercial Emergency Vehicle Operator (CEVO) (Preferred)

Pay

$19.76 - $36.75 per hour
