About the Role
Northeast Community College is seeking EMS Examiner instructors for the Paramedic/EMS Department. This position enables the person to act as a National Registry Examiner or assistant for all psychomotor skill levels of EMS providers. Examiners must be capable of testing all skills at the level of their license.
Exams are generally conducted Saturdays on campus from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, six or seven times per year as needed.
Requirements
- A state license as an EMS provider required.
- Current National Registry Certification preferred.
- A state license as an EMS instructor is also preferred but not required.
- Assistants must have knowledge of the roles of EMS provider and their skills.
Qualifications
- Three years' experience as an out-of-hospital EMS provider is preferred.
