Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and resolve Electronic Medical Record (EMR) quality control indexing, upload, distribution, and related document processing issues.
- Provide resources and support to less senior staff, assisting with tasks and offering training as needed.
Qualifications
- Two (2) years of health information management or related technical experience.
- Excellent PC knowledge and skills, including proficiency in HIM quality control indexing and upload queues, priority work queues, and time-limited tasks.
- Previous HIM document processing experience and proficiency.
