Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or client services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Technical proficiency in networking and infrastructure management
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
