Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Captures the entire interview, hiring, and post-offer process ensuring all paperwork and requirements have been followed and completed.
  • Maintains adherence to employment compliance processes for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manages problem resolution and escalation to higher management as needed.
  • Ensures all employment compliance regulations are followed, including Form I-9, E-Verify, ADA, and work authorization.
  • Audits and ensures accurate completion of I-9 and compliance activities.
  • Buys into interpersonal relationships with employees, supervisors, and managers to enhance applicant flow and company referrals.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' human resources experience or relevant education.
  • Oracle HCM experience is preferred.
  • HireRight, E-Verify, Form I-9, and ADA training required.
  • The ability to identify fraudulent or unrelated documents to ensure work authorization and age requirements are met.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
