Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Captures the entire interview, hiring, and post-offer process ensuring all paperwork and requirements have been followed and completed.
- Maintains adherence to employment compliance processes for accuracy and timeliness.
- Manages problem resolution and escalation to higher management as needed.
- Ensures all employment compliance regulations are followed, including Form I-9, E-Verify, ADA, and work authorization.
- Audits and ensures accurate completion of I-9 and compliance activities.
- Buys into interpersonal relationships with employees, supervisors, and managers to enhance applicant flow and company referrals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' human resources experience or relevant education.
- Oracle HCM experience is preferred.
- HireRight, E-Verify, Form I-9, and ADA training required.
- The ability to identify fraudulent or unrelated documents to ensure work authorization and age requirements are met.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
