Responsibilities
- Use the evidence-based Supported Employment model to help clients identify their career interests and goals
- Assist with resumes
- Provide job coaching and support
- Develop relationships with employers
- Attend networking events
- Educate employers on mental health and hiring benefits
- Provide skills training
- Provide case management and coordinate with clients' therapists and treatment teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services field
- Two or more years of experience working in Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Support Services
- Experience working in the mental health field preferred
