We are seeking an Employee Specialist to join our PROS Program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others achieve their career goals and will be motivated to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in job search, skill development, and career planning
- Conduct community job development and employer outreach
- Facilitate small employment-focused groups
- Collaborate with treatment teams and employers to ensure success
- Maintain accurate data and reports
Requirements
- Experience with individuals with mental illness preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working independently and in the community
- Valid Driver’s License required
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in mental health, social services, or business preferred

- $21 per hour
- M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (40hrs)
- Travel Time 50%
