About the role

Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team grounded in the housing first approach and coupled with an integrated service model to assist families in obtaining and retaining housing in Middlesex County.

Establish a trusting relationship with families and working with them to identify their vocational and/or employment goals.

Holistic planning approach to assist families with life skills training, job readiness, skills building, and linkages to employment.

Rotating 24/7 coverage required.

Case management/documentation with DCP&P and providers if necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Flex schedule days and nights.
• Acceptable Driving History.
