EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM REPRESENTATIVE
About the role
The Employment Development Department (EDD) seeks a dedicated and experienced Employment Program Representative (EPR) to support disabled veterans in overcoming employment barriers. This role focuses on delivering services through self-service, facilitated self-help, and staff-assisted intensive services, promoting EDD-Workforce Services, and engaging veterans in utilizing the America's Job Centers of California.
Responsibilities
- Deliver employment services to veteran job seekers and assist employers with recruitment.
- Promote EDD-Workforce Services, benefits, and features of CalJOBSSM to veterans.
- Make formal presentations about EDD-Workforce Services and CalJOBSSM to veterans and other stakeholders.
- Follow guidance under WIOA, Wagner-Peyser Act, and JVSG-funded activities.
- Support hybrid work schedule as needed.
Requirements
This position requires a United States Military Veteran status or eligibility as a spouse of a qualified Veteran. Applicants must submit a completed and signed STD 678, including a DD214 or equivalent documentation.

Pay
$4,055.00 - $6,310.00 per Month
Schedule
Business hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility to work remotely under EDD's telework policy.
