Employment Litigation Attorney - PA & NJ License Required!

Our client is an extremely well-known national defense litigation firm with 12 offices across the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, motions, court hearings, and trial proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and submit them to the court.
• Prepare and answer written discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Attend depositions.
• Prepare for and participate in arbitrations and trials, presenting evidence and arguments in a persuasive and effective manner.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of employment defense litigation experience.
• Proven experience in preparing and answering written discovery, attending depositions, and preparing for and participating in arbitrations/trials.
• Excellent litigation and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve complex legal disputes in a favorable manner.

$110,000 - $140,000 per year
