Employment Litigation Associate
The firm is seeking Employment Litigation Associates to join their team. Ideal candidates should have:
- 4-5 years of employment litigation experience (flexible based on depth of experience), primarily on the defense side.
- Excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a stable employment history.
- California-barred (non-CA-barred candidates will be considered – please indicate the timeline for CA admission).
Hybrid: Required to work in the office 3 days per week. Preferred qualifications include AmLaw 100 experience, a J.D. from a top 30 law school or a T30–T50 law school with honors and law journal experience, a judicial clerkship, and experience in high-profile, high-stakes litigation.
The firm offers a competitive base salary ($200,000-$340,000/DOE) with merit bonus consideration, paid holidays and PTO, health, vision, dental, and life insurance, firm-sponsored MCLE, events, and outings, and an employee referral bonus program.
