Employment Law Paralegal (PAGA Experience Required)

Responsibilities
- Partner with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and key case filings
- Conduct in-depth research and analyzing case materials to support litigation strategy
- Draft and manage discovery, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, and Requests for Admissions
- Prepare trial and arbitration binders, organizing exhibits, and supporting deposition preparation
- Review and manage document productions, including redaction and Bates stamping
- Draft preservation of evidence and document request letters
- Coincide medical record collection, process HIPAA authorizations, and summarize records for case use
- Support overall case management and contribute to a high-performing legal team
- Other duties, as needed, to support the firm and office operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Employment Litigation experience, including PAGA matters
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- A certification from organizations such as American Bar Association, National Association of Legal Assistants, or American Alliance of Paralegals
- Experience with legal technology such as NetDocuments and Westlaw
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to analyze legal documents with accuracy
- A proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude
Pay
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000
