A boutique law firm in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Attorney. The position offers a collaborative team, dedicated support staff, and a culture that supports work‑life balance and long‑term growth toward potential partnership.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers on employment law policy advising.
• Respond to complaints from government agencies.
• Advocate throughout settlement hearings, litigation proceedings, and trial.
• Maintain a billable requirement of 1,250–1,800 hours per year.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience practicing as an attorney, preferably in employment law, workers’ compensation, or another area of civil litigation.
• Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials.
• Active Washington State bar license in good standing.
• Experience billing time and exceeding 1,250 billable hours per year.
• Proficiency in motions practice, legal writing, and research.
• Professional demeanor, collaborative team player, and proactive solution seeker.

Pay

Salary range of $120,000–$160,000 for candidates with 2–6 years of experience, reflecting the established billable requirement, plus additional objective and subjective bonus earnings.
