Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere in the U.S. (must be California-barred).

About the Role

• Handle a variety of employment litigation matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage & hour, and harassment claims.
• Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on case strategy, litigation milestones, and client communications.
• Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and take depositions.
• Engage in rapid response matters and workplace investigations.
• Strategically manage and drive cases forward with autonomy and support.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Admitted to practice law in California.

Pay

Competitive base salary up to $180,000.
