Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual counseling to young adults in Job Corps programs.
• Assess students' strengths and barriers, developing individualized career plans.
• Lead job readiness workshops and support job search efforts.
• Conduct employer outreach and track employment outcomes.
• Collaborate with education and training staff to align skills with opportunities.
• Promote accountability, respect, and inclusion within a team-oriented environment.
