About the role
The Employment Coordinator will be primarily responsible for entering, maintaining, and auditing employment-related data in the HRIS system; running employment reports; assisting customers through the CRM; and assisting with process automation.

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience with a preference for experience in HR
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy data entry accurately
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Excel or Google Sheets and information systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills including active listening, deductive reasoning, and results-oriented problem-solving
- Versatile multi-tasking abilities and exceptional time management skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Proficient in basic math calculations and principles
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Prioritized ability to innovate/streamline processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Experience in analyzing data, employment coordination, higher education, applicant tracking software, and Banner Information Systems
- Experience working in a highly diverse environment
- PHR and/or Human Resources Management Certificate

Pay
Salary is dependent on several factors, and new employees will typically start around the Q1 level to allow for later growth within the salary band. The starting annual salary for this position will be $43,872.
Schedule
Total Compensation Statement: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Up to one day remote, after training period and with the approval of the supervisor.
