Employment, Class Action, and Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate case facts, statutes, and case law to develop litigation strategies and legal arguments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and manage written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare oral arguments and trial materials.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials while advocating for clients.
• Independently manage a caseload under senior attorney supervision and maintain professional client/opposing counsel communication.

Qualifications

• J.D. with 3-5 years of litigation experience as an Associate Attorney.
• Experience in Employment Law, Consumer Class Actions, Personal Injury and/or PAGA matters preferred.
• Strong legal research, legal writing, and case analysis skills.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Passion for advocating employee and consumer rights with excellent communication and time management skills.
