Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, and breach of contract
- Represent employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
- Advise clients on employment law compliance and workplace best practices
- Draft and review employment-related policies, agreements, and handbooks
- Conduct internal investigations and assist with employment-related trainings
- Work closely with colleagues and clients to develop practical, risk-aware solutions to workplace issues
Requirements
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts
- 4+ years of employment law experience at a law firm or comparable practice
- Experience litigating employment matters and advising employers on compliance issues
- Background drafting employment policies and agreements
- Experience conducting investigations and supporting trainings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple matters and collaborate effectively in team settings

$235,000 - $365,000 per year
