Employment and Education Specialist - Neponset River House

Responsibilities

• Co-coordination of Clubhouse employment component
• Developing relationships with local companies and networking
• Engaging Clubhouse members in job placements in the community
• Developing new job placements and maintaining existing job placements
• Outreach and support services for members working in job placements
• Initiating and maintaining employer contacts
• Attendance at Advisory board and Chamber of Commerce meetings
• Tracking employment related statistics
• Maintaining employment support meetings
• Participating in evening/weekend/holiday social programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• High School Diploma and relevant experience required
• Strong computer skills required
• Strong organizational skills required
• Driver's license and access to a reliable, personal vehicle required

Pay

$23.17/hour

Schedule

Full Time, 40 hours Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm with Occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays required.
