About the role

We partner with people with disabilities to provide support services, develop inclusive housing, and create spaces where people feel genuinely connected—not just accommodated.

Responsibilities

• Provide job coaching, retention services, and other employment services based on a Person-Centered Plan (PCP)
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver wraparound supports that help people with disabilities retain employment and improve work skills
• Conduct job development and job search activities tailored to each person's unique interests and strengths
• Provide individualized follow-along supports
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person job coaching
• Ensure goals are developed and benchmarks are met
• Provide transportation to and from work as needed
• Meet the qualifications of a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, creative, and innovative team player with a demonstrated ability to provide respectful support that meets the diverse needs of persons served
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with persons served, their families, coworkers, employers, and other stakeholders
• Basic computer skills and proven ability to use MS Word, Outlook, and other technology tools to support people with disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience working with people with disabilities
• Valid Maryland driver's license with no significant traffic violations
• Ability to complete all required Fello and Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) trainings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and experience in workforce development programs are a plus
