• On-Campus Interviews: Interview and select candidates from a diverse group of highly qualified students who meet your specifications.
• Résumé Collects: Receive résumé packets based on your screening criteria.
• On-Location Recruiting & Networking: Host Maurer talent at your location for networking and interviews. Previous trips have included Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Indianapolis.
• Programming: Participate in panels, info sessions, mock interviews, career fairs, tabling, and other professional development events to connect with students.
• Recruiting Conversations & Check-Ins: Meet with our team to discuss your recruiting needs, screening specifications, market insights, and candidate feedback.
