Responsibilities
- Develop and refine trading strategies using advanced quantitative research and machine learning techniques.
- Apply mathematical, statistical, and programming skills to solve complex problems in the financial markets.
- Collaborate with other quantitative researchers and traders to enhance and integrate strategies.
- Test and validate strategies in real-time trading environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading systems through data analysis and model refinement.
Requirements
- STEM Ph.D. degree with a strong background in quantitative research, analysis, and development.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless drive for deeper understanding of financial markets.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
