Responsibilities

• Develop, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with employers, industry leaders, and community organizations.
• Conduct outreach, relationship management, and business development efforts to connect employers with university talent.
• Facilitate recruiting opportunities, academic programs, and experiential learning initiatives.
• Advance mutual goals and strengthen workforce engagement.
