Employer Install Associate

About the role

The Employer Install Associate supports a medical facility that is totally remote. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain customer contracts and related documents.
• Create and update sample/prototype documents.
• Prepare test plans and perform system testing.
• Work with business analysts, regulatory teams, and other stakeholders to resolve document issues.
• Monitor projects and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Review and gather information needed for contract updates.
• Assign and coordinate customer update projects with internal team members.
• Ensure document requirements are accurately incorporated.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay

$14/hr to $15/hr.
