Employee Services Representative

About the Role
The Employee Services Representative in People & Workplace Culture serves as the first point of contact for PWC, providing Tier 1 support, managing intake, and routing inquiries to appropriate functional areas. Ensure consistent, responsive, and professional experience for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Front-Line Support (Tier 1 Resolution)
- Respond to walk-in, phone, and email inquiries
- Resolve routine questions related to:
- Benefits (basic)
- Employment processes
- General HR policies
- Use established FAQs and guidance
- Intake & Case Documentation
- Log all requests into intake system
- Capture required details accurately
- Assign category and priority level
- Maintain accurate case documentation and status updates
- Routing & Coordination
- Route requests to appropriate PWC units
- Distinguish between:
- Transactional requests (process-driven)
- Consultation needs (specialist/manager-level)
- Follow up on misrouted or delayed requests
- Employee Guidance & Navigation
- Help employees understand where to go and what to expect
- Provide clear next steps and timelines
- Reduce confusion across PWC services
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain documentation
- Support tracking and reporting processes
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2-5 years of customer-facing or administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
