About the role

Advanced SENTRY is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Global People Ops Automation & Compliance Manager to join our People Operations team to coordinate our automation efforts and lead our compliance and project deliverables. You will develop and roll out frameworks that drive automation, consistency, and compliance across global HR operations. This role serves as a key point of contact between People Operations and partners (IT, Legal, Privacy, Security, Payroll, Finance), operationalizing requirements across the team. You will act as a funnel for People Ops and Total Rewards’ technology priorities, enabling a unified voice to IT partners. This is a contingent worker role.

Responsibilities

  • Automation and Process Enablement: Coordinate globally to identify processes for streamlining and automation. Facilitate workshops to design future-state processes and partner with IT to deliver scalable, AI-native solutions via clear business requirements.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Serve as the initial point of contact and ongoing lead for audit and compliance requirements, engaging broader People Ops resources as needed.
  • Frameworks & Governance: Develop standard ways of working across People Ops through process and knowledge documentation. Partner with COE Leads to implement evolved workflows and governance for compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Systems & Operations Support: Act as the primary People Ops contact for PPS, H2R, and CustomerZero IT organizations. Collaborate with COE Leads and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for digital adaptation.
  • Liaison & Project Activation: Build partnerships across Cloudflare to ensure People Ops awareness of initiatives from the outset. Represent People Ops in conversations, influence direction, and translate support needs back to leadership for successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of hire-to-retire processes on a global scale and ability to navigate related audit/compliance responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline workflows and overlay AI/technology for automation.
  • Experience with Workday business processes, case management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow), and AI automation platforms (e.g., opencode, appscript, notebookLM, codex, claudecode).
