Employee Relations and Compliance Administrator
About the Role
This position serves as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, providing guidance and resolution on employee relations matters. The role supports organizational culture, performance, succession planning, and the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Coordinate disciplinary actions and terminations
- Analyze employee relations trends and exit interviews
- Administer HR policies and compliance programs, including DOT, HIPAA, and drug testing requirements
- Manage sensitive and complex workplace situations with sound judgment and discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, public or business administration, organizational development, or a related field
- Four years of employee relations and compliance experience
- One year of supervisor or lead experience
- Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management or Employee and Labor Relations (beneficial)
- Mediation or arbitration experience (beneficial)
Pay
Full pay range: $6,209 - $8,752 per month (Pay Grade GG24)
