About the role

Join our team as a leader in designing and delivering employee listening programs on a global scale. This remote contract position requires expertise in data interpretation and program management, utilizing advanced technology tools to drive people analytics and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee listening and organizational development programs.
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans for global program delivery.
• Analyze talent data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to align initiatives.
• Lead teams through complex, ambiguous projects, ensuring alignment and adaptability.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in employee listening, people analytics, or organizational development.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale programs with a global reach.
• Strong data literacy and experience with data dashboards.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience with senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
