About the role
The Employee In Charge (EIC) oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with company policies, and manages team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage team performance and provide feedback to employees.
- Handle employee relations and conflicts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Experience with HR systems and processes.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Pay
