Responsibilities
- Support Employee Experience Operations: Provide consistent administrative and operational support for key Employee Experience processes, communications, and employee inquiries.
- Maintain Accurate Records and Process Execution: Ensure timely and accurate completion of employee records, documentation, tracking, and routine HR workflows.
- Strengthen Team Coordination and Support: Support coordination across Employee Experience and partner teams to promote smooth handoffs, consistent communication, and reliable follow through.
- Provide Reliable Employee Centric Support: Serve as a day-to-day support resource for employees and the Employee Experience team, including routine administrative and service needs.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting administrative, employee support, HR, or related operational processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with HR systems, including UKG or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
- Able to work onsite and serve as a reliable resource for employees and the Employee Experience team.
- Able to review and work with digital and written information, communicate clearly with employees and team members, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
