Employee Central Consultant

Provide high-level support for multiple concurrent projects on the Employee Central function. Collaborate with project teams to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Employee Central (SAP HR / SuccessFactors) solutions. Key Responsibilities Support implementation activities for Employee Central and related HCM components.Assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful delivery and operational stability.Help maintain and support Human Capital Experience management capabilities.Provide functional and operational support across ongoing projects as needed. Qualifications & Skills Practical knowledge of SAP HR and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Strong understanding of HCM and Employee Central processes.Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.Solid problem-solving and support/troubleshooting skills.
