Employee Benefits Practice Leader

About the role

This role partners closely with clients on the design and ongoing management of their benefits programs, working primarily with fully insured plans to advise on health, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefits. You’ll focus on building strong client relationships while driving retention and growth, collaborating with carriers and internal teams, mentoring junior colleagues, and helping clients make practical, well-informed benefits decisions.

The position is remote with occasional travel to our Methuen, MA office for client, team, and carrier meetings.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the design and management of fully insured benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to support client needs
• Mentor junior colleagues to support their professional development
• Guide clients in making well-informed, practical benefits decisions
